It's finally raining here today. I hope it lasts for days. Robert and I took our friends Vi and Raymond out for supper last night to celebrate Vi's birthday yesterday. Her daughter's birthday is the same day as mine and brother Bob's.
I made the little quilt blocks shown above a couple of years ago. Paper pecing is the technique used. Tiny strips of fabric make up a lovely landscape picture....I really like them and it was super fun to do.
Planted our potatoes yesterday. Another monkey off my back. tomorrow I am cooking a turkey and some other friends are coming over for supper. I have to think of a nice dessert.
hmmmmmmmm cheesecake, maybe.
